The subject of the agreement shall be to update the design documentation of the implementation of the transport chic (including upper and lower) from the Baum longitudinal at IIw to the Schwind crossbar at IIn level with its equipment, hereinafter referred to as the “Update” and the exercise of copyright supervision during the implementation of the works provided for the Update, in accordance with the offer made by the Contractor.

1. The subject of the agreement shall be to update the design documentation of the implementation of the transport chic (including upper and lower) from the Baum longitudinal at IIw level to the Schwind crossbar at IIn mine level with its equipment, hereinafter referred to as the “Update” and the exercise of copyright supervision during the implementation of the works provided for the Update, in accordance with the offer made by the Contractor.

2. An updating design documentation developed in 2018 by the Bureau of Mining Studies and Projects in Katowice Sp. z o.o. constitutes Annex No 1 to SWZ and consists of the following parts:

1) Technical design of the construction of the chic, including its equipment with item IIw on item IIn, from the Baum longitudinal to the Schwind transverse. Mining industry;

2) Technical design. The design of the transport device together with the ladder compartment of IIw on item IIn (from the Baum longitudinal to the Schwind transverse). Mechanical industry;

3) Technical design. The design of the transport device together with the ladder compartment of IIw on item IIn (from the Baum longitudinal to the Schwind transverse). Electrical and teletechnical industries;

4) Objects of works and investor cost estimates — separately for each industry;

5) Matter and Financial Schedule.

3. The update of the design documentation should rely in particular on:

1) bringing the contents of the design documentation into compliance with the requirements of the Act and the implementing acts thereto, in view of the intention to use the design documentation for the purpose of carrying out public contract award proceedings;

2) update the content of the design documentation in the scope of the Wieliczka Salt Mine plant for communication and alarm systems;

3) analysis and update of the objects of works and investor cost estimates in particular industries;

4) analysis and update of the matter-of-financial schedule.

4. In the exercise of copyright supervision during the implementation of works covered by the Technical Project, the Contractor shall be obliged to carry out authorial supervision of a maximum of 96 hours.
