1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of Reymont and Steppe streets in Łódź on the basis of the developed project documentation, broken down into two parts:

1.1. Part I- Reconstruction of Reymonta Street on the section from Muszlowá Street to Hoffmanowa Street

1.2. Part II- Reconstruction of Stepowej Street on the section from Rozleglej Street to Dobrzyńska Street

Reconstruction of Reymonta Street on the section from Muszlowej Street to Hoffmanowa Street. As part of the order, construction works involving the reconstruction of the road system together with connection to the existing communication system should be carried out.

The scope of works includes:

• Roadwork:

- Construction of a road roadway with a width of 5.0 m, L=200m of asphalt concrete,

- Construction of crossings elevated: Reymonta Street from Hoffmanowa Street, Terenowa Street, with Muszlowa Street,

- Construction of descents on the property and come to wickets,

- Construction of sidewalks,

• Reconstruction of street lighting with the removal of electricity collisions and securing existing underground infrastructure,

• Construction of a rainwater drainage network with drainage in the form of canals and rainwater drains,

• Construction of the departure of sanitary plumbing in the road lane,

• Securing existing teletechnical plumbing,

• Felling of trees interfering with road reconstruction, planting of compensating trees and shrubs and reclamation of lawns (works in the field of greenery, should be carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the Faculty of Environmental Sciences, letter dated 17.12.2021, mark DEK-KS-VI.7012.235.2021)

Reconstruction of Stepowej Street on the section from Rozleglej Street to Dobrzyńska Street

As part of the order, construction works involving the reconstruction of the road system together with a link to the existing communication system should be carried out.

The scope of works includes:

• road work

- Construction of roadways with a width of 6.0 and 5.5 m, L=360m of asphalt concrete

- Construction of two reaches with a width of 4,5m,

- Construction of crossings elevated: Stepowej Street with Emerytalne Street, Magnesowa Street,

from Zwrotnikowa Street,

- Construction of descents on the property and come to wickets,

- Construction of sidewalks,

• Reconstruction of street lighting with the removal of electricity collisions and securing existing underground infrastructure,

• Construction of a rainwater drainage network with drainage in the form of canals and rainwater drains,

• Construction of depart sanitary plumbing in the road lane,

• Reconstruction of water supply connections and sanitary plumbing connections as part of elimination of collisions,

• Securing existing teletechnical plumbing,

• Felling of trees interfering with road reconstruction, planting of compensating trees and shrubs and reclamation of lawns (green works, should be carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the Environmental Faculty, letter dated 10.12.2021, mark DEK-KS-VI.7012.236.2021)
