The purpose of this contract is to provide various cleaning, maintenance and glazing services for communal buildings in the Municipality of Villeneuve Loubet.
In accordance with Articles L. 2125-1, R. 2162-1 et seq., as well as R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code, the contract will be concluded according to the purchasing technique of the framework agreement executed as and when order forms are issued without reopening competition or negotiation with the holder.
in compliance with Article L. 2113-10 of the Public Order Code, the contract is broken down into three (03) lots as described below
Administrative buildingsmaximum annual amount: 100,000 euros (excl. VAT).
school buildings and early childhoodmaximum annual amount: 100,000 euros (excl. VAT).
glazing of all administrative, school and early childhood buildingsmaximum annual amount: 50,000 euros (excl. VAT).
