The City of Buzău is implementing the investment project "Increasing Urban Mobility through the Establishment of a Transport Hub and Depot in the City of Buzău," SMIS Code 339587, funded through the South-East Regional Program 2021-2027, European Regional Development Fund, Priority 3 — region with reduced carbon emissions, Specific Objective 2.8 — Promoting sustainable multimodal urban mobility, Action 3.1, under the Financing Contract no. 344/29.04.2026 concluded with the South-East Regional Development Agency as the Managing Authority.
The investment consists of constructing a complex of buildings and outdoor arrangements on the land located on Brăilei Road, CF no. 72696, with an area of 98,782 sqm, comprising 8 main construction components: C1 Intermodal Terminal (P+1E, 540 sqm), C1.1 Bus Station Shelters (643 sqm), C2 Park&Ride Parking (P+2E+ETh, 1,712 sqm), C3 Dispatch Center (127.8 sqm), C4 Repair and ITP Workshop (2,068.4 sqm), C5 Administrative Building (P+2E, 916 sqm), C6 Fuel/Charging Station (660 sqm), C7 Bus Wash (621.2 sqm), and C8 Bus Parking Shelters with integrated photovoltaic panels (6,890.4 sqm), plus Object 2 — active mobility infrastructure and Object 3 — outdoor arrangements, with a total built area of 14,162.8 sqm and a developed area of 21,341 sqm. The works contract will be concluded in accordance with HG no. 1/2018 (general and specific conditions FIDIC adapted for Romania).
Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in connection with the award documentation. To the extent that clarification requests are made within the period provided in Cap. I.1) NAME, ADDRESS AND CONTACT POINT(S), section-Number of days by which clarifications can be requested before the submission deadline for offers/applications, respectively 18 days (before the offer/application submission deadline), the contracting authority will respond to clarification requests 12 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
