Våler Municipality is comprised by the Norwegian Archives Act and the Freedom of Information Act. The organisation depends on a well-functioning electronic case and archive system to fulfil our tasks. Våler Municipality requests an adequate case and archive system, and not an archive core with integration to an external case processing system.

The system must be a fully developed standard system provided as SaaS.

The tenderer shall deliver an adequate electronic case and archive system suitable for carrying out the work tasks that are usually included in the contracting authority's work

The case and archive system shall make it possible to carry out fully electronically case processing and archiving. The system shall contribute to increasing the efficiency and simplify the daily routine for the users.
