The Information Systems Department wishes to replace two current tools dedicated to the management of HR processes and the escalating of administrative requests. The aim is to have a modern and integrated solution that ensures the continuity of HR activities, improves user experience, and optimizes internal processes. The sought solution must cover, in particular, the management of HR requests, employee file management, document production, electronic signature, administrative processes, as well as associated functionalities. The contractor will be responsible for the integration of the solution, support during deployment, and operational support.
The current consultation consists of 1 lot, whose services are described below: - functionalities: Management of requests, Employee file management, Bulk requests, Knowledge base, Document generation, Electronic signature, Administrative processes - interfacing: A solution that integrates with the GRDF IS: HR4YOU (employees, organizations, and HR documents: Payslips, career file, CET…). Access to the solution via SSO according to the profile and permissions - Reporting: Real-time tracking of data: Signatures, ongoing requests. Standard reports Customizable and modifiable reports Dashboards for activity monitoring.

Human resources of the company related to the object of the market Weighting 50%
Technical means of the company related to the object of the relevant market such as a design office, training capacity, partnerships with publishers and with companies in the integration sector. Weighting 10%
Quality and relevance of 3 references dating back less than 3 years, related to the object of the relevant market. Weighting 40%
