New low-floor two-axle trolleybuses (hereinafter referred to as trolleybuses) are being purchased. The contracting entity, having received funding from the European Union's investment funds and /or other sources of financing, intends to purchase 90 trolleybuses during the period of validity of the framework agreement, with the possibility of increasing the amount of trolleybuses purchased to 101 trolleybuses as needed or reducing it to 80 trolleybuses. The nature of other goods to be supplied with trolleybuses is the necessary parts and materials for the maintenance of trolleybuses, warranty repairs of trolleybuses and non-warranty repairs of trolleybuses (60 months).

New low-floor two-axle trolleybuses (hereinafter referred to as trolleybuses, vehicles, goods) are purchased. The contracting entity, having received funding from the European Union's investment funds and /or other sources of financing, intends to purchase 90 trolleybuses during the period of validity of the framework agreement, with the possibility of increasing the amount of trolleybuses purchased to 101 trolleybuses as needed or reducing it to 80 trolleybuses. The nature of other goods to be supplied with trolleybuses is the necessary parts and materials for maintenance of trolleybuses, warranty repairs of trolleybuses and non-warranty repairs of trolleybuses. The purpose of the procurement is to select 1 supplier and conclude a framework agreement with him, on the basis of which the Procuring Entity, having received funding from the European Union investment funds and /or other sources of financing, will conclude procurement contracts with the supplier under which the supplier will provide, transfer and sell trolleybuses to the Contracting Entity (the quantity of trolleybuses ordered by the Contracting Entity for which the purchase agreement has been concluded) and during the period of guarantees for trolleybuses (60 months). The materials and parts necessary for the maintenance and maintenance of trolleybuses supplied to the contracting entity and for their warranty and non-warranty repairs. The contracting entity foresees that the first purchase agreement concluded on the basis of the framework agreement will order 50 trolleybuses, and each subsequent purchase agreement will order at least 10 trolleybuses. The duration of the framework agreement shall not exceed 24 months from the date of conclusion of the framework agreement. Terms of supply of trolleybuses and other goods: 1. on the basis of the framework agreement, at least 20 percent of the total quantity of trolleybuses purchased under any concluded purchase agreement must be delivered and handed over to the Contracting Entity within a maximum of 435 calendar days, and all trolleybuses (the total quantity of trolleybuses) – no longer than within 600 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the purchase agreement, not counting this date.
