monopolar power connection via underground cable and undersea cable, composed, but not limited to, of:

- an underground- pole electrode and fiber optic cable connection between the new converter substation in Italy and the landing site situated in Marinella di Selinunte, in the municipality of Castelvetrano. Here a joint box will be installed between the underground cable and undersea cable. This connection will have a length of approximately 18 km.

- an undersea-cable pole and fiber optic connection, with a length of approximately 200 km, of which 99 km in Italian waters and 101 km in Tunisian waters. This will start from the earth-sea joints indicated above and connect the Italian coast with the Tunisian coast

- an underground-pole, electrode and fiber optic cable connection between the new converter substation in Tunisia and the landing site situated in the municipality of Kelibia, where a joint box will be installed between the underground cable and the undersea cable. This connection will have a length of approximately 6 km.
