The framework agreement will cover the department's ongoing need for external assistance for calculating costs with uncertainty analyses (P50 and P85) for the development of public infrastructure. It will primarily be grey-blue-green initiatives, such as roads, pedestrian areas and pedestrian tracts, hiking trails, squares, parks and footbridges, streams and over water solutions that shall be cost calculated. There may also be circumstances where cost calculations for infrastructure initiatives under the creek are desired, for example other water and drainage solutions and initiatives such as moving of power pipelines. There can be some other types of cost calculation assignments.
