The brush system monitors, supervises and reports on the economic, qualitative, temporal and quantitative realisation of road maintenance contracts, paving and road marking contracts, lighting contracts and waterway canal contracts. The content of different contract types differs from each other. Harja is one of the largest information systems of the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency.
