Expansion of the sewer band

The redesign of the channel band is part of

of the overall construction project Kanalkante 2030 - Hamm to the water.

The object C - sewer tape is the 3rd construction phase and is scheduled for construction in 2023/2024

can be realized. The processing area is divided into 3 construction phases.

Construction phases 01 and 02 include the entire park, paths, play and sports equipment as well as all equipment and planting/greening measures.

Construction phase 03 includes the construction of a jetty, a boat entry point, a ramp system to the jetty and an adjacent path area (see also overview plan of the construction phases).

Construction phases 01 and 02 are part of this tender. Construction phase 02 - area A1 playground must be completed by 31.12.2023 due to funding. In this case, costs for an advance payment guarantee must be included in the offer price of the game/sports equipment.

Construction phase 03 will be awarded in a separate tender.
