The subject of the contract is the service of medical transport of patients over 300 KM.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, estimated quantities and conditions under which the subject of the contract will be performed are specified in the appendices (description of the subject of the contract, draft contract, offer form).

As part of the service provided, the Contractor is obliged to apply and comply with applicable law in the subject of the order, have appropriate permissions and bears full responsibility in the event of their violation.
