Relaunch of the market for awareness-raising and carrying out diagnostics of food waste in restaurants of the regional public high schools of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region. European project Life IP Smart Waste Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (Life 16 IPE FR 005). The consultation is initiated in the form of an open call for tenders according to articles R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 and R. 2162-1 et seq., R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The contract is concluded by way of a framework agreement fixing all contractual provisions (executed by means of purchase orders) and at unit prices with only one contractor per lot. The services are divided into three lots which will be the subject of separate contracts. There is no provision for breakdown into slices. Candidates can bid for all lots but the maximum number of lots that can be awarded to the same candidate is two, in order to better meet his needs and to guarantee the quality of the services.
