The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection and management of municipal waste from properties where residents live, in a manner enabling the Municipality of Lubomia to achieve appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and to reduce the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and , provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Voivodeship Śl., resolution on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Lubomia, the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste as well as regulations on the implementation of the task and the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of waste collected in PSZOK (waste also comes from properties where residents live). PSZOK is located in Lubomi, 4 Szkolna Street, (plot no. 934/126, precinct Lubom). PSZOK runs the Lubomia Commune Office.

The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection and management of municipal waste from properties where residents live, in a manner enabling the Municipality of Lubomia to achieve appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and to reduce the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (t. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469, as amended. amended), the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship, the resolution on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Lubomia, the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), as well as regulations regarding the implementation of the task and the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of waste collected in PSZOK (waste also comes from real estate, on which the inhabitants live), fractions: paper; Metals; plastics; glass; multi-material packaging waste; bio-waste; hazardous waste; expired drugs and chemicals; waste not eligible as medical waste generated in the household as a result of the administration of medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes; waste batteries and accumulators; waste electrical and electronic equipment; worn tires; furniture and other bulky waste; construction and demolition waste; waste textiles and clothing. II. Gmina Lubomia consists of 5 villages: Lubomia, Grabówka, Buków, Nieboczowy and Syrynia.

- number of inhabitants in previous years (according to statistical data): in 2020 -7699 people; in 2021 – 7,611 people; in 2022 – 7,605 people
- number of properties according to the declaration on the amount of the fee for municipal waste management: 2058 (as of 28.08.2023),
- number of inhabitants of the municipality according to the declaration on the amount of the fee for municipal waste management: 6,723 people (as of 28.08.2023).

4. The Contracting Authority provides for the award of a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Act, up to a maximum of 50% of the value of the basic contract. Details in chapter VI swz.
