The object of the contract is a service in the provision of the service of the Contract Engineer for the investment task of the following: “Reconstruction of the pedestrian crossing in Br. Mieroszewskie in Sosnowiec”

The scope of works includes, among other things, the reconstruction of a pedestrian crossing, the execution of the design documentation necessary to obtain a decision authorizing the execution of works (acceptance of the declaration of works or/and the construction permit), the execution of the necessary implementing projects, the technical project (if necessary), the Technical Specification of the Performance and Acceptance of Construction Works, the development of objects of works and investor cost estimates in accordance with the Contracting Authority's guidelines, the implementation of the project of the temporary and target organisation of the movement, with their approval and implementation, obtaining the necessary arrangements and administrative decisions allowing the implementation of works, obtaining a decision on behalf of the Contracting Authority for the use of works or acceptance by the competent authority of a notice of completion of works if necessary.

The Contracting Authority provides for the award of a contract pursuant to Article 214 (1) (7) of the Pzp Act, which involves the repetition of similar services. The scope of the like order shall include services in the same terms with the scope provided for the basic contract.
