Part 1

Collection and management of municipal waste directly from property owners residing in the Jastków Commune

The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting of:

1) collection and management of municipal waste directly from owners of real estate residing in the Jastków commune

2) delivery of bags for selective collection in the colors specified in the regulations (on the principle of "bag for bag") necessary for the proper functioning of the waste management system,

3) delivery of containers for the collection of municipal waste in multi-family housing (cooperatives and housing communities) in the municipality:

collection of waste that will be exhibited by residents in front of the property

in the stock system, the so-called "exhibition"

Part 2

Collection and management of the mass of municipal waste collected at Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points

The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting of:

1) collection and management of the mass of municipal waste collected selectively from the inhabitants of the Jastków commune gathered in two Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points – the first located in the sewage treatment plant in Tomaszowice, the second located in the sewage treatment plant in Snopków,

2) equipping the above-mentioned Points of Selective Municipal Waste Collection (PSZOK) with containers for segregated municipal waste.

When performing the service, the Contractor will handle and collect waste from the Points

Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK).
