Current situation:
Deliveries of fruit baskets today mainly consist of subscriptions to standing orders. The idea behind the arrangement is that handling and distribution will be more efficient, the environmental impact less and the price picture lower.
Today, Jönköping University Foundation has 1 delivery point, Jönköping School of Health and Welfare AB has 7 delivery points, Jönköping School of Education and Communication AB has 1 delivery point, Jönköping International Business School 6 delivery points, Jönköping School of Engineering 8 delivery points and University Service i Jönköping AB has had 9 delivery points.

Due to the economic situation, Högskoleservice i Jönköping AB has since February temporarily paused delivery of fruit baskets, but intends to resume it again as soon as the economy allows. The assignment shall be carried out to the extent and in accordance with the requirements and conditions set out in the procurement document. The content and scope of the assignment are specified in the requirements specification of the procurement document and in the Appendix Price specification.
Agreement Term
The framework agreement will enter into force when signed by both parties, but no earlier than 2024-02-10. The framework agreement is valid for 24 months.
Extension of the contract period can take place on several occasions. However, the total extension period can reach a maximum of 24 months. Should the buyer not wish to extend the agreement, or wish to extend the agreement for less than twelve months per agreement period, the buyer notifies this in writing, no later than three (3) months before the end of each agreement period. Unless otherwise stated, the agreement is automatically extended for 12 months at a time with unchanged terms. After the end of the last contract period, the agreement expires
