Preparation of a transformation plan for the district heating system in Chemnitz in accordance with the Federal Funding for Efficient Heating Networks (BEW)

eins energie in sachsen GmbH & Co. KG (eins) operates a district heating network in the city of Chemnitz with a peak daily output of approx. 300 MW.

A transformation plan is to be drawn up for this district heating network, which shows the path towards CO2-free heat generation.

The subject of the award is the preparation of a transformation plan in accordance with the Federal Funding for Efficient Heating Networks (BEW) for the Chemnitz district heating network including the cooling network as specified in the plants.

The contractor is expected to prepare the plan on time and on budget as well as in the functionality and quality desired by the client.

The preparation of the plan is based on the following criteria:

- Compliance with the requirements of the BEW

- Sufficient detailing

- Creation of a uniform document

The transformation plan must meet the applicable legal requirements.

The provider must meet the following requirements / services:

- Preparation of the transformation plan according to BEW and Annex B1

- The division of the work packages is carried out according to Appendix B2

The assignment is subject to the granting of funding within the framework of the BEW.
