Description:
The project involves the design, supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of battery storage systems for the HSE group, including necessary documentation and permitting, with actual orders based on the contracting authority's needs.

The subject of the public procurement is the design, supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of battery storage systems within the HSE group. The order includes the creation and submission of all necessary project documentation (PZI, PID, DZO) and includes all activities necessary for the successful acquisition of a building permit. The battery storage systems will be installed outdoors at various locations next to existing electrical energy facilities of the HSE group.

These projects represent framework projects, and the contracting authority is not obliged to award all projects. Actual orders for projects will depend on the actual needs of the contracting authority.

A more detailed specification of the order (minimum technical requirements) is available in the list of technical data - the technical part of the documentation related to the public procurement (hereinafter: technical part/closed part), which interested bidders obtain according to the rules of the documentation related to the public procurement.

The collection of the closed part of the documentation related to the public procurement is a condition for submitting an offer.

The contracting authority wishes to:
- obtain offers based on which a framework agreement will be concluded for a period of forty (40) months or until the maximum estimated contractual value under the framework agreement is utilized, with the reservation of the right, i.e., with the possibility of extending the validity period of the framework agreement if the maximum estimated value is not utilized/reached within forty (40) months, with a maximum of three (3) bidders whose offers are permissible and according to the criterion of the most advantageous;
- select a supplier from among the contractors with whom a framework agreement has been concluded for the supply of goods for the first individual order from the most advantageous acceptable final offer from the negotiation procedure with transparency.
