The purpose of this contract is to carry out a project management assistance mission as part of an operation to bring up to standard and restructure the reception areas adjoining the small Luxembourg East, located in Paris, 6th arrondissement. The Holder's attention is drawn to the fact that the site constitutes a remarkable architectural heritage. A visit to the site is highly recommended. The description of the services expected is set out in the specifications of the specific technical clauses of each of the lots concerned by this tender regulation, as well as in the graphic documents attached to the tender file. The contract is allocated in 27 lots, the present consultation concerns lots 22 to 27. Lots 22 to 25 were awarded according to the adapted procedure, lots 26 and 27 were awarded according to the open tendering procedure
