The Property Office, the Park and Nature Administration, the Traffic Office and Gothenburg Stads Parking AB carry out a procurement of framework contracts relating to cleaning after unauthorised settlements on the land of Gothenburg City.

Framework agreements shall be signed with three (3) suppliers, provided that as many suppliers have submitted qualified tenders.

The planned term of the framework agreement is 2 + 2 years.

Planned framework contract start is as soon after allocation, however, no earlier than 2022-04-15

The framework agreement includes rubbish picking, cleaning and transporting trash/waste to recycling station after unauthorised settlements on Gothenburg City's land.

The cleaning consists of manual work as well as machinery, but the predominant part is manual labour, i.e. handpicking debris and waste. All work should be carried out by at least 2 people.

The missions include:

- to screen off the site, if necessary, by turning off surfaces with rough wooden logs or concrete rice provided by the Orderer.

- to pick and collect waste/rubbish after settlements

- to care for the waste and transport the waste to the nearest available recycling station and where garbage sorting and flinging the waste. To the extent possible, the waste shall be recovered.

- to document the location before, during and after the assignment performed and report the work to the Orderer.

- to cooperate with and continually inform the Orderer of the progress of the mission

- to some extent clip/prune trees and shrubs, after reconciliation with the Orderer (who makes the necessary contacts with property owners)

Most often, a vehicle with flakes is needed for the collection and transportation of waste.

In rare cases, truck with crane 10-18 tons and excavator 8-16 tons is used to lift away and transport waste.

Examples of work tools needed for mission execution: chainsaw, clearing saw, hammer, crowbar, screwdriver, wheelbarrow.

Times

Work shall be carried out weekdays between 07:00 to 18:00.

For orders placed before 12:00, work shall commence no later than 08:00 on the following weekday.

For orders placed after 12:00, work shall commence no later than 08.00 on the next weekday.

The missions are carried out primarily within the municipality border of Gothenburg, but the city also owns land outside the municipal border, primarily within the municipality of Mölndals and Alingsås, which is why missions can also be carried out there.
