Description:

Subject of the contract is the allocation of the technical planning of technical equipment for the rehabilitation and cultivation of the elementary and middle school Sennfeld.

According to current knowledge, the client classifies the technical equipment in the following honorarium zones: Analgengruppe 1, 2 u. 3 HZ II, equipment group 8 HZ III. The work phases 3-9 for the elementary and middle school are to be commissioned. The commissioning takes place in stages according to §§ 55 and 56 HOAI. The contracting authority decides in the further course of the planning on a further commissioning of the performance levels. From the stepwise commissioning, no demands can be derived on the transfer of further performance levels or other services. The start of service will take place immediately after the order is placed in the summer of 2019.



Technical Equipment, Part 4 Section 2 §§ 53, 55 HOAI Facility Groups 1, 2, 3, 8 Phases 3 to 9 HOAI. Main usable area 3 180 sqm according to room program, previously available 2 600 sqm. The building of the primary school was built in 1936, the middle school in 1970. The "old gymnasium" was built in 1966, followed in 1987, the Frankenhalle as a multipurpose hall.

After creating an inventory analysis for the entire complex, the elementary and middle schools are to be expanded and renovated in accordance with the newly established space program. According to the findings of the government of Lower Franconia, there is a considerable need for expansion for primary and secondary school. The reconciliation of the space program with the existing plans of the school has shown that 2 600 square meters of main floor space in the existing building face 3 180 square meters of main floor space in the space program. Thus, space program areas amounting to 914 square meters in the inventory are not detected. There are no class and group rooms, the teacher area is undersized. However, this is offset by overhangs in the existing 120 square meters of floor space.

Initially, a 3-storey extension is to be built on the existing site, after its commissioning the existing building will be completely refurbished.

The midday care will be moved to an interim building of containers until the end of the measure.

The cost estimates are based on the following investment amounts: AGR 1 approx. EUR 430 000, AGR 2 approx. EUR 950 000, AGR 3 approx. EUR 830 000 and AGR 8 approx. EUR 360 000 each net. Planned date for the submission of the building permit is 06/2019. The measure should be completed by the beginning of the school year 2021.
