The subject of the contract is Comprehensive supply of electricity and provision of distribution services along with the subsequent provision of collection and settlement of electricity introduced into the DSO network from micro-installations for the facility of the Police Station in Krośnice at 7a Sanatoryjna Street.

The total estimated estimated electricity demand for the Police Station in Krośnice amounting to a total of 66 528 kWh over a period of 36 months (a total of 22176 kWh over a period of 12 months) was determined on the basis of calculations made by inspectors responsible for a given facility. 1. The subject of the contract is Comprehensive supply of electricity and provision of distribution services along with the subsequent provision of collection and settlement of electricity introduced into the DSO network from micro-installations for the facility of the Police Station in Krośnice at 7a Sanatoryjna Street.

2. The total estimated total estimated electricity demand of 66 528 kWh per plant over a period of 36 months has been determined on the basis of calculations made by the inspectors responsible for the plant. The above data are indicative. The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the Ordering Party, except for the need to pay for the amount of energy actually consumed and transmission services in accordance with the applicable DSO Tariff. The indicated estimated amount of energy is the amount that the contracting authority intends to purchase, excluding energy produced on its own.

3. Settlement of electricity generated by the Contracting Authority in a micro-installation will take place on a prosumer basis, in accordance with the law and the regulation of the President of ERO in this respect

4. Orders are not divided into lots. The Contracting Authority shall not allow partial bids to be submitted. The present proceedings are repeated after the annulment of Part 2 of procedure No PMI-2380-054-029-054/2023/AB on 07.09.2023 and concerns only that annulled part.

5. Police Station in Krośnice (Dz. nr 508/152; obr. Krośnice, 56-320 Krośnice) with a total estimated electricity consumption for the duration of the contract amounting to: 66 528 kWh over a period of 36 months.
