The contract covers the acquisition, implementation, maintenance and associated services of a new solution that is more in line with the needs of the department. It ensures the proper functional and technical coverage expected by the department, as well as the proper operation in real and operational conditions of the software operation. This is an unallotted single-attribution joint framework agreement with a minimum and maximum concluded for a period of four years from the notification made in accordance with the competitive procedure with negotiation. This consultation concerns the application phase. The amounts for the duration of the contract are as follows:

— minimum amount: EUR 800 000 excl. VAT over four years;

— maximum amount: EUR 5 000 000 excl. VAT over four years.
