The purpose of the three-year contract is the entrusting of the snow clearing and anti-freeze treatment service on the city road network.

In particular, the requested services are:

• Anti-freeze treatment (preventive and felling);

• Snow clearing roads and sidewalks;

• Snow clearing market areas and squares;

• Snow clearing school areas;

• Removing and transporting snowdrifts piled up in the aquares and along the streets;

• Sea salt supply for road thaw;

• Sand/grit /stone supply.

The estimated total value, referred to in point II.1.5) below, is inclusive of the three-year consideration and the option to repeat similar services for a further three years, as well as the review option of the prices described in point II.2.11 below)..
