The subject of the services to be provided is the assessment (type examination) of repository casks for the Konrad repository, on the basis of the requirements set out in the Konrad planning approval decision (including final disposal conditions and product control) on behalf of the BGE for a period of four years with the option of extension for a further two years. To this end, the BGE will carry out a consultation procedure with a competitive bidding process.
