The contract provides for the supply of an estimated total quantity of 7,259,876 Sm3 for a presumed total contractual amount of € 6,083,013.00 including excise duties, surcharges and other cost components; this amount is to be considered purely indicative as the actual amounts for the supply will be accounted for on a pay-as-you-go basis on the basis of the Supplier's offer and according to the indications of these Special Tender Conditions.
