The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the Chmielnik Commune from the owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate in 2023.

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the Chmielnik Commune from the owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate in 2023.

1.1. Scope of the order:
1) The Contractor shall be obliged to collect and use the whole mass of municipal waste transferred by the owners of real estate inhabited and uninhabited within the Municipality of Chmielnik i.e.:
(a) segregated municipal waste: paper, glass, metals, plastics, multi-plant packaging waste, municipal waste, garments and textiles, ash,
(b) other segregated municipal waste: hazardous waste, expired medicines, chemicals, waste not eligible for household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products by injection and level monitoring substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, used batteries and batteries, waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other large-sized waste, spent tyres, construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste from repairs and other construction works carried out by the owner of the property in his own right, for the performance of which a construction permit is not required, or for the performance of which a notification to the competent authority is not required,
(c) mixed municipal waste: waste resulting from the failure of the obligation to selectively collect waste by the property owner and accepted by the Contractor as unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste, street bin waste and other mixed waste i.e. waste remaining after the waste referred to in points (a) and (b) of this point has been selected from municipal waste.
2) The Contractor is obliged to equip the owners of the property with packages of bags for municipal waste and barcodes in the quantity specified by the Ordering Party.
