At the start of this assignment, the contracting authority consists of 2 organizations that form a personal union and have separate financial responsibility. This completes the assignment in 1 e division split and the tenderer must perform the inspection work per organization. Within 2 to 3 years, the contracting authority intends to convert the personnel union into a full-fledged merger. This means that during the contract period, the initially split order may be merged. The present contract in this tender therefore represents a joint estimated value of EUR 450,000.00 excluding VAT.
