Heating and sanitary repairs for fire protection rehabilitation of the Neurott School Ketsch.
Fire-protection rehabilitation of a school complex, built in 1968, part of the strengthening of the pipeline network for fire safety requirements.
The schoolhouse has several three-storey flat roof structures, each with 6 classrooms,
Connected to each other by a ground-level network of connecting corridors located in the centre.
Below the connecting corridors is a walk-in basement system with the distribution network
Drinking water and heating.
The structures differ slightly from each other, the piping is similar in design.
The structures are renovated in sections. The tender comprises three buildings and half of the so-called specialist wing, a slightly larger structure in terms of area.
2 of the standard structures described have already undergone a refurbishment measure in the UG
Here, the cable routing is changed so that the fire protection ceiling that has already been created in the wall as possible
Little need to open.
The “Specialist Classes” building houses the heating centre with boiler system in the basement. Parts of the distributor in the heating center protrude into the plane of the planned firewall, so it is necessary to change the manifold.
The sectional radiators “cast” are dismantled non-destructively, refitted, painted on site and
Remounted.
The drinking water pipes and the sewer pipes are completely replaced in the respective section. The black steel heating cables will also be replaced from the UK basement ceiling, in some cases the
Heating cables received and only forecloted.
Non-flammable cable materials are used:
— SW/ RW: SML, connection to rain inlets and clay-pipe basic pipeline network,
— TW: stainless steel, connection to distribution network in crawl.
Conductor material stock dismantling:
— Eternit sewerage pipes (pollutant contaminated),
— drinking water pipes galvanised steel,
— Partial insulation KMF for dismantling and disposal.
