The assignment concerns the service hiring temporary staff for the benefit of the municipality of Oldambt (peak, sick and (specific) projects). The municipality of Oldambt is looking for a purchasing consultancy firm that has experience in all fields that occur within a municipality (from social domain to ICT software and from works to facility etc.) and those on all purchasing advice services (purchasing employee, purchasing advice, contract management, contract management, tender lawyer) can provide professional staff. In order to be able to fulfil the necessary capacity needs, the municipality of Oldambt wants to contract a purchasing consultancy firm for support on one of the parts mentioned above. It is a “flexible shell” for purchasing support, which can be drawn from when there is a need for additional (temporary) purchasing capacity.
