The assignment to carry out daily cleaning is fixed and must be carried out continuously during the term of the agreement. The Swedish Energy Agency has the right to request a change in the scope of daily cleaning. Flooring materials are subject to change during the framework agreement. Room changes may change the cleaning frequency.
The tenderer shall carry out its work in a professional and professional manner, using appropriate methods and materials to achieve the quality requirements laid down in the framework agreement. The assignment requires an active supplier where technology, working methods and flexibility can be developed during the framework agreement period. The assignment shall be characterized by high quality and with methods that have the least possible impact on the environment.

About the tender
This procurement includes framework agreements for daily cleaning of offices at Gredbyvägen 10 in Eskilstuna as well as additional services of cleaning laboratory, janitorial service, deep cleaning, window cleaning, and floor care in accordance with what is described in the procurement documents.
The framework agreement will ensure a clean and pleasant environment for the Swedish Energy Agency's employees and visitors. The assignment will be carried out in close cooperation with the contact person at the Swedish Energy Agency.
