The operation consists in restructuring the entire Simone Veil de Herrlisheim College site, including the housing buildings, in order to meet the various regulations in force (ADAP, fire safety, etc.) and to offer efficient premises on the energy plan. The team of designers that will be retained at the end of phase 2, will be entrusted with a project management mission base MOP law:

- basic mission: APS, APD, PRO, ACT, EXE, DET, AOR,

- complementary missions DIA + CSSI.

The provisional envelope for the works was the subject of a provisional provisional estimate of EUR 6,450,000 excluding tax.

The design team, which will be retained at the end of phase 2, will be entrusted with a project management mission based on the MOP law.
