The purpose of this contract is to maintain the common areas and outdoor spaces of the OPH Saumur Habitat real estate stock.

The assets concerned by the maintenance services of this contract are made up of 37 real estate complexes spread over the priority districts of the city of Saumur (QPV).

The services concern the day-to-day maintenance of all the common areas and outdoor spaces of each building complex defined by intervention zone and by frequency.

This contract is reserved for structures of integration through economic activity in accordance with article L. 2113 of the code of public procurement.
