The Nordland Hospital Vesterålen is a new hospital with an area of approx. 15 000 m². The hospital is now in use and the existing unused buildings are subject to demolition.

As a part of this, a number of preparatory works, both HVAC technical, electro technical and constructional, shall be executed Roughly the works comprises re-adjustment and alteration of technical plants and accompanying constructional works for the following buildings:

Wing M – Laundry building.

Wing R – Kitchen.

Wing K - Administration.

Wing F - Psychiatry.

The preparatory works (“Preparation for demolition”) are organised in the following contracts:

K 223 Preparation for demolition – constructional works.

K 307 Preparation for demolition – HVAC technical works.

K 401 Preparation for demolition – Electro technical works.
