Full electricity supply of green electricity to the collection points of the city of Teltow

Supply of green electricity free of charge to the city of Teltow for a contract period of 3 1/2 years (01.07.2022 to 31.12.2025). Both sides, the contractor and the city of Teltow, have a right of termination for the third year of delivery (2024) and the fourth year of delivery (2025).

The total volume for municipal consumption and street lighting is

- for the 2nd half of delivery in 2022, around 1,172 MWh for approx. 112 purchase points and

- For the delivery years 2023 to 2025, around 2,263 MWh/a each for approx. 112 acceptance points. The

The collection points are located in the network area of E.DIS Netz GmbH.

The pricing for procurement takes place after the award of the contract on the EEX marketplace, structured in 4 tranches for the 2nd half of 2022 and the delivery year 2023 over a period of 3 weeks. The pricing for procurement for delivery years 2024 and 2025 takes place on the EEX marketplace, structured in defined tranches over a defined period of time and until the beginning of the respective delivery year at the latest, if the contract is not terminated.

Proof of green electricity supply is provided via the guarantee of origin register in accordance with EU Directive 2009/28/EC or in accordance with § 79 EEG 2021 or in a comparable form. In addition to the supply of electricity from renewable energy sources, the bidder will be making an investment in new plants from the 2023 delivery year.
