Consultation launched by a group of orders. The framework agreement brings together in a single consultation the needs for work, maintenance, installation, and purchase of spare parts. The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders and the conclusion of subsequent contracts (for services not included in the BPU) under the conditions of the specifications. The start date provided is indicative. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 2 years from its notification. The total duration of the framework agreement, including the renewal period, is 4 years. The estimated amounts are indicative and correspond to the maximum amounts excluding VAT of the framework agreement as follows: Lot 1: 3,000,000 euros initial period 2 years Lot 2: 1,800,000.00 euros initial period 2 years Lot 3: 1,800,000.00 euros initial period 2 years for each lot the maximum amount excluding VAT for the initial period is identical to the maximum amount excluding VAT for the renewal period. These amounts include options (similar services and renewals). The services are settled by unit prices. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. Candidates have the possibility to submit offers for all lots. The same company will not be able to hold both lots 2 and 3. However, the same company may be awarded only one lot or lots 1 and 2 or lots 1 and 3 according to the order of preference specified in its offer, and subject to a sufficient number of regular offers (art. 1.4 of the RC)
