The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, obtaining and ripping timber and maintenance of pluck routes, maintenance of tourist facilities and auxiliary work related to the implementation of the above-mentioned forests of Hermanowo and Hyzhne in 2022.

The proceedings shall be carried out by means of an unrestricted tender pursuant to Article 129 (1), referred to as Article 129 (2) and Articles 132 to 139 of the Law of Public Procurement (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129, as amended - “PZP”) and the implementing acts of the PZP.

The procedure carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), (3) to (4) of the PZP.

The Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 95 of the PZP shall require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the procurement and retraction of the wood material, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner of referred to in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (text: Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended).

The estimated value of the order shall consist of the following net amounts:

— basic value of the order — 1036721,84 PLN,

— order pursuant to Article 214 (1), point 7 of the PZP — 518360,92 PLN,

— additional scope in kind (right of option) — 207344,37 PLN
