On a train in a Deutsche Bahn plant, a pane is to be lasered in its installed state according to a specified pattern in such a way that the HF transparency of this pane can be detected.
The laser system must be suitable for the following tasks/functions:
► Apply a uniform and high-quality square pattern to the relevant coating of the complex pane structure with anti-splinter film
► Be able to be fitted to the windows of the vehicle with little effort and apply the pattern to the window in a defined time
► Be mobile and adapt to the environmental conditions of the plant and the series
► Ensure comprehensive laser protection so that parallel work can be carried out on the car body and in the immediate vicinity
The laser system must be designed according to CE conformity with state-of-the-art technology.
During the bidding phase, the client reserves the right to provide the bidders with two sample panes of an ICE 4 side window with splinter protection film for laser treatment in order to subsequently evaluate them. If the formulated quality requirements are not met, the company will be excluded from the awarding of contracts.
