1. The object of the contract is to expand the emission system with additional ingest positions and to provide and run the system of management of the ingest, in accordance with all the requirements of the Ordering Party contained in the Subject Description of the Order.

2. The subject of the contract will be implemented phased in accordance with the documentation of the procedure.

3. The description of the Subject of the Order is contained in Annex No 1 to the proposed provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ and constitutes a secret to the Contracting Authority within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 16 April 1993 on the Combat Against Unfair Competition (text: Journal of Laws of 16 April 1993 on the Combat Against Unfair Competition (one: Journal of Laws of Laws 2020 item 1913, d.).
