Works contract for the design-construction in BIM mode of a multi-device residence of 90 housing units (Social Residence - Hostel for Young Workers - Boarding House - CADA) & demolition of the existing buildings 51 bis rue Henri Dunant in PORT JEROME SUR SEINE (76330)

The purpose of this design-build works contract is to build 90 housing units on this site, for a SHAB surface area of approximately 1,920 m², organized into 4 entities:

- Social residence: 30 housing units (27 T1' and 3 T1bis)

- FJT (Foyer jeunes travailleurs ): 25 T1' housing units

- Guesthouse: 10 T1' apartments

- CADA (reception centre for asylum seekers): 25 T1' housing units

These homes will be certified NF Habitat HQE and labeled RE2020 threshold 2025.

Common and service areas are planned on the ground floor for a usable area of approximately 365 m².

28 parking spaces are to be provided on the surface.

Approximately 2,600 m² of buildings are to be demolished.

The following phasing is envisaged:

Phase 1:

- Demolition of the staff housing, adaptation of the networks

- Construction of the new building

Phase 2 :

- Relocation of residents to the new building

- Asbestos removal and demolition of buildings B and C, including partial basement

- Landscaping of the garden and finalization of the roads and highways
