The subject of the contract is the successive purchase of hot mineral and asphalt mixture: AC asphalt concrete for traffic load KR1-2 and KR3-4 for the needs of the Municipal Service Institution in Sosnowiec.The contracting authority shall exclude from the proceedings Contractors against whom there are grounds for exclusion referred to in Article 108 paragraph 1 of the PPL. The Contracting Authority shall exclude from the proceedings Contractors against whom there are grounds for exclusion, referred to in Article 7(1) of the Act of 13 April 2022 on special solutions in the field of counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and serving to protect national security. The Contracting Authority shall exclude from the proceedings Contractors against whom there are grounds for exclusion referred to in Article 5k) of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (Dz. EU No L 229, 31.7.2014, p. 1), hereinafter: Regulation 833/2014, as amended by Council Regulation (EU) 2022/576 amending Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (OJ L 229, p. 1).
