The assignment concerns the execution of maintenance and repair works (incl. Cleaning) and interference suppression on 24 lifts, spread over different buildings belonging to the patrimony of Goed Wonen Rupelstreek cvba.

This contract includes the following services:

1) concluding a limited comprehensive maintenance contract for the execution of technical maintenance and repair works and interference suppression on 24 elevator installations belonging to the patrimony of Goed Wonen Rupelstreek cvba;

2) correct comments on the half-yearly inspection reports;

3) performing an annual, thorough cleaning.

This contract includes 1 lot from different installers being: 3 lifts-Coopman / Orona, 14 lifts-Otis, 3 lifts-Schindler, 4 lifts Daelemans.
