Abellio Rail Mitteldeutschland GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "ABRM", "Client", "AG" or awarding authority) operates regional rail transport services in the Saale-Thuringia-Südharz network. In addition to regional rail transport, ABRM operates stationary and mobile sales via mobile and stationary ticket machines (mFAA / stFAA), validators and person-operated sales outlets (pbV).
This tender serves the procurement of services for the preventive and corrective maintenance of the mFAA, stFAA, validators and cash management for the FAA and the pbV. The requirements of the required services can be found in the respective specifications and other annexes of this EU tender.
The work services are advertised in 2 lots:
— Lot A: Preventive and corrective maintenance of the FAA / validators in the Saale-Thuringia-Südharz network,
— Lot B: Cashmanagement of the FAA / pbV in the Saale-Thuringia-Südharz network
The tendered work services are to be started on 16.12.2023.
Preventive and corrective maintenance at stationary ticket machines and validators in the Saale-Thuringia-Südharz networkABRM is putting out to tender a two-and-a-half-year contract for Lot A. The contract will enter into force from 01.09.2023 after signature by the client. The start of services is 16.12.2023. The contract can be extended up to two times for two and a half years.
The contractor to be awarded is to carry out services for preventive and corrective maintenance at stationary ticket machines and validators in the Saale-Thuringia-Südharz network.
The AG may award the contract in a negotiated procedure on the basis of the initial offers without entering into negotiations, § 15 Abs. 4 SektVO.
Depending on the submission and evaluation of the tenders, the contract shall be awarded to the most economical tender in accordance with § 127 GWB in conjunction with § 52 Abs. 2 SektVO. The most economical tender shall be determined on the basis of the criteria set out in Section II.2.5. A maximum of one contract shall be concluded with one Contractor per lot. A bidder/consortium may also be awarded the contract for all lots. The respective order is made by individual call according to the descriptions from the respective specifications.
Cash management at mobile and stationary ticket machines and deposit safes in the customer centers in the Saale-Thüringen-Südharz networkABRM is putting out to tender a two-and-a-half-year contract for Lot B. The contract will enter into force from 01.09.2023 after signature by the client. The start of services is 16.12.2023. The contract can be extended up to two times for two and a half years. The contractor to be awarded is to carry out work for cash management on mobile and stationary ticket machines and deposit safes in the registration offices in the Saale-Thuringia-Südharz network.
In the negotiation process, the client can place the order on the basis of the initial offers without entering into negotiations, Section 15 (4) SektVO.
