The purpose of this contract is the translation of documents of the FPS Strategy and Support from and into the following languages: FR/NL/EN/DE.

Lot 1: Translation of documents in language combinations: FR/NL and NL/FR

Lot 2: Translation of documents in the following language combinations:

From Dutch: NL/EN and NL/DE

From French: FR/EN and FR/DE

From German: DE/NL, DE/FR and DE/EN

From English: EN/NL, EN/FR and EN/DE

The contracting authority wishes to be able to use an external translation agency for the translation of documents related to the contracting authority's areas of competence. In this context, it is absolutely necessary that the exact terminology of the law and regulation be used.

Below is an overview of the different areas of competence of the contracting authority.

The mission of the FPS BOSA is to support its clients/users and policy makers in 5 areas of activity: "Working in Administration", "Digital Administration", "Budget and Accounting", "Public Procurement" and "Strategic Support".

Depending on their nature, the tasks of the FPS BOSA in these areas of activity are grouped around 2 pillars: (1) policy coordination aims to support policy makers in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of policy and (2) support services relate to the provision of diversified services and products according to an offer proposed in a catalogue of products and services that is aligned with needs. and the expectations of customers/users and policy makers.

The documents to be translated include job descriptions, manuals, project plans, royal decrees, circulars, texts for internal and external communication, specifications and award reports, meeting reports and budget documents
