At Lindenplatz 7 in 83707 Bad Wiessee, corridor no.: 121, the Gasthof zur Post is being renovated, rebuilt and expanded. This consists of a listed main building built in 1864, the western part of which was rebuilt in 1990. To the south of this main building there is an intermediate building and a hall building. It is planned to demolish the intermediate building and the hall, as well as to rebuild them in a smaller form.
Six staff apartments are being built above the hall. The northern main building is being renovated and rebuilt. Areas of the northern main structure must be underpinned. The excavation pit for the new building will be secured with a sheet pile wall. The new building will be founded on Mikopfählen

The aim of the structural measures for special foundation engineering is to create an unencumbered excavation pit for the construction of a new hall with an intermediate building. In addition, the listed old building in the area of the excavation pit is to be statically underpinned. The new building is based on micropiles.
