The advertised services are the provision of on-demand services for the HLS and electrical trades for various properties. The services are based on the corresponding service specifications and hourly rates (see tender documents). The services serve the quick preparation of rooms, areas and objects of z. B. cultural spaces, offices, flexible workplaces, refugee accommodation and the dismantling of vacant spaces.

This involves interior fittings (heating, ventilation, plumbing and electronics) which in the BIM portfolio primarily relate to office / administrative space (with associated ancillary rooms, meeting rooms, toilets and tea kitchens) and cultural rooms. The last-mentioned rooms are produced in one standard despite the most diverse creative uses (music, dance, painting, art, etc.). All additional elements required by the respective user are provided by the tenant, ie mostly standard solutions are used, which leads to the best possible retrieval probability for individual service items.
