1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of laboratory plastics and consumables for the needs of cells of the Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Wrocław divided into 5 Packages.

2. The subject of the order has been described in detail in quantity and type in the Assortment and Price Form constituting Annex 1.1 ÷ 1.5 to the Offer Form. The quantities given in the Form are only a forecast needed to compare offers. In the course of the contract, the Ordering Party will order the subject of the contract in quantities consistent with the actual needs of individual cells. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the entire assortment from the Assortment and Price Form and not to use the entire contractual amount, provided that the Ordering Party guarantees the Contractor the performance of deliveries with a value of not less than 70% of the contractual amount.
