The subject of the contract is the procurement of new applications and technological means that will improve the management and functionality of the Municipality. The selection of the proposed actions was made from the marketplace of the actions of the invitation, aiming to meet the local needs and policies of the Municipality. These actions are: 1.Smart pedestrian crossings friendly to people with disabilities, an innovative system for the safe passage of pedestrians & people with disabilities in the intervention area, which, through the automatic recognition of pedestrian presence, highlights, with LED lighting, the waiting and crossing points for pedestrians, but mainly enhances the timely perception of the pedestrian by the driver, improving road safety; 2.Organization of Traffic Office and Management of the Municipal vehicle fleet, a platform through which the full digitalization of the procedures of the Traffic Office is achieved, such as the real-time tracking of vehicle movement and the routes that were taken, monitoring adherence to scheduling and execution of routes, maintaining detailed records of drivers and vehicles, keeping a complete history of vehicles and drivers, and the digital issuance of movement slips; 3.Smart City Guide of the Municipality with a record of local businesses, a comprehensive solution of a Platform for Boosting Local Entrepreneurship and showcasing business - tourism activity and cultural heritage for the Municipality, through a Smart City/Municipality Guide with a record of local businesses; 4.Management system for municipal cemeteries and digitization of files, which will provide all necessary tools for the proper monitoring and organization of the Cemeteries managed by the Municipality, as well as monitoring the revenues that arise; 5.Digital Platform for Managing Open Markets, with which the responsible service of the Organization can immediately and effectively know every detail about the positions of professionals in each outdoor market, as well as all the necessary information before intervening in case of an inspection.
