The purpose of this contract is to acquire detailed data, representative of all leases granted in France over given years

The service consists of providing, for each vintage (a whole of a calendar year) ordered by a purchase order, a quality database, representative of the characteristics of all housing loans granted to households throughout the French territory (metropolitan France and Drom) throughout the calendar year corresponding to the vintage, allowing cross-referencing between the following variables: - amount of the loan (in euro(s));- amount of the contribution (in euro(s));- cumulative repayment charges (in euro(s));- duration of the loan in months;- nature of the loan (bridging or not, renegotiated or initial, assisted or not);- annual income of borrowers (in euro(s));- number of borrowers;- socio-professional category of borrowers (according to INSEE nomenclature))- nature of the operation financed (construction of a new home, acquisition of a new or old home, improvement or maintenance work);- destination of the property (main residence, secondary residence, rental investment);- nature of the property (house, apartment);- living area of the property (in square metres);- energy labels of the property;- location of the property (official geographical code at least in the size of the municipality). The quality of the databases and their representativeness are essential to meet the needs. The methodology used to produce the databases is a fundamental criterion for assessing the quality of the offer proposed by the Contractor. The vintages requested will be strictly after 2015 and may not relate to a vintage that has not yet been produced by the Licensee
